Sororicide part I: Water Butterfly

Coloured wings that capture grace
Almost like a painted face
Touching hearts and souls inside
A flight like an exciting ride
A ride over water, liquid of life
Blissful butterfly, free from strife
A beauty so mellifluous it rings of honey
Fluttering wings so fragile, so funny

Water butterfly, I have grown fond
Did you wave a magic wand?
Sweet laugh I’ve fallen for
Hide from me never more
Never will I damage your wings
Never will I do such things
I don’t care if “us” is wrong
If our love is frowned upon
